Just got to see a replay of Justice Scalia's talk from last Monday. What a grace to be able to go to the 'company' and get some most fundamental information, without having to READ what other filters have to SAY about IT-ALL! If you ever need a one-hour tutorial on how America got into such a judicial mess, this was the one. For me, the key understanding slipped out when he referenced England, which has no constitution that's written down. The fact that the USA is supposed to have one is at the crux of the deteriorating matter. The judge was in raring-to-go form! Take the few choice words of dissent he penned about the recent under-eighteen death penalty case, and multiply them to an hour! The split between the 'living-constitution' types and the 'original intent' types could not have been better drawn. As he wound down, a few thoughts bubbled up. If the Breyers of the court win, in effect we will have adopted the English model. This means that the 'living constitution' judges will have managed to KILL the Constitution! Thus does 'living' morph into DEAD!

William Tucker has a great article about what happened to the LOCK BOX of Social Security in this piece on Americanspectator.com, today As long as we continue to try to come to grips with all the crimes of the past century pulled off by the takers, the Democrats, we might as well tell the truth about LBJ. Look, Ann Coulter is a pussycat, still, IMHO, when it comes to the need to wake each open-minded American up! We require an exponentially growing stable of fast 'horses', who can out-gallop all the James Carville and his ilk, only they tell the truth about how America has come so close to tipping over into lost socialism. Today it's especially appropriate to dig up LBJ, and finger him as the actual CROOK of the twentieth century! Richard Nixon was pilloried for his "I am not a crook" statement, and remains infamous because he said it. But, LBJ was a CROOK, and he makes Bernie Ebbers look like an irritating fly. The truth can make you free! Therefore, it's not enough to fight the big-government 'stability-over-radical-change' people who resist changing Social Security, particularly 'letting' people keep some of their own work product in a lock box of savings. We need to righteously, with furious outrage, ask, "How did it come about that such a fraud even came about?" That LBJ and his left-wing mafia types were able to pull off this biggest of cons, this shake-America-to-its-foundations Ponzi scheme, deserves to be told, and told, and told, and---- My dream? How about a blockbuster movie, or a mini-series, or even a TV show, that mimics the odorous stench of the extreme left wing West Wing, from the right historical point of view?
Here's a simple way to abort the blockheads on the left. Turn the Pro-Choice label back on them. For them, "Pro-Choice" means a pregnant woman can KILL a fetus. Thus, they are the Death "Pro-Choice" party. WRT Social Security reform, the cutting edge issue should be that a LOCK BOX, which each person can CHOOSE, an option, is the rightist's way. For them, "Pro-Choice" means a working person can BIRTH a bigger net worth. Thus, they are the Life "Pro-Choice" party.
Here's the shocking report of my interaction with a mostly-freshman class, yesterday, that plays 'unintended consequences' or 'truth'. I subbed for a three choral classes. They each ran 90 minutes, and the plan was for them to take a 20-30 minute quiz and then watch a cartoon version of Robin Hood. The first two classes went very well, but the largest one at the end of the day provided sparks galore. To begin with, my pride in my job was whittled down by the need to show a cartoon. So, by the time the final group arrived, coupled with the fact that it contained some standout heavy-duty talkers, sans listeners, I was ready to 'deal with' them. The test taking resembled buzzing bees, as the whole swarm, commie style, essentially tried to take it as a---CHORUS! I TRIED to get them to stop talking, but it was hopeless. Even so, I had a 'bright' idea. Having read the astounding results of a study of kids from 8-18, that they average 8 ½ hours per day on TV, DVD, videos, music, Internet, computers, video games, etc, I was primed to lay this fact about them, onto---THEM. Big mistake! My goal was to nail them for their inability to really listen---at least the worst of them. However, I went too far, by hooking to one of the strongest bad indicators from the study: almost all these hours are spent unsupervised. This I told them, and continuing to go off the subbing reservation, linked this to the morass that chat rooms can be. I even mentioned that girl in Florida who'd been snatched, and they knew about it. When I went most wrong by mentioning that grownups pretend to be kids, it all started to unravel. Oh, yes, I must go back to before I started this riff. There was this one girl with a too-cute name, with the first one a season and the second a body of water. So, I was interested in who this person was and paid attention when taking roll. Afterwards, as we were gearing up to take the quiz, I could hear her, above all others, as she told her coterie of loud-mouthed girl friends about a call from some guy who wanted to go out with her. I couldn't resist entering the conversation, saying, "Yeah, you ought to go out with him." I had to say this three times, or so, before the self-absorbed freshmen girls realized I had given my 'advice'. THIS was my entrée into the 'study'. The first thing I noted was that she---and by extension, most of them---was sharing with the world private things, which in a better time remained private. This led to the comment about the ubiquity of cell phones, almost an extra-special appendage that was always ON. The climax of this 'learning' experience was my criticism that things have gotten so bad that almost anything goes. Here, a guy entered the debate, and said that's right. Smart alleck me, I said, "If so, why don't you now take off all your clothes?" He pretended to start, but of course--- Based on this, the 8 ½-hour per day results were broached. So, after my chat room revelation, I stupidly used the word "pornography", saying it was THIS that was spreading all through the things kids were doing those 8 ½ hours. Leave it to the 'season-water' girl to mockingly ask, "What's pornography?" That brought my intrusion into their noospheric world to a close, as we finished the quiz and then started the movie. It was during this that some noteworthy actions took place. The girl, who I'd used to begin it all, was so uninhibited that she did the following. Towards the end of the movie, she went up to the back of the group, sat on a table, and proceeded to spread her legs, back and forth. Now, I was seated at the lower right, keeping my eye on the class, mostly, so it was impossible for me to miss her exhibition. Then, when class was almost over, she started a series of moans-screams, meant to imitate a woman in orgasm. She did this about four times, and no doubt, got the attention of everybody---most kids, especially girls (which was 90% of the class), turned their head to look at her, in embarrassment, it seemed to me. It reminded me of a Mexican first grade girl, in 1971, when I was preparing to get my teaching credential, who was in a class I was required to assist. One time, as we lined up to go out and play, she produced a female doll with lit up sexual parts! A first grader! Also, it recalled a young Forrest Gump, as he feigned the moans of ecstasy that the school official surely made as he screwed his 'she loves you very much' mother. What does the whole tale tell me? Things have definitely gone to porno hell, in a MEDIA BASKET! Heck, back in 1975, when subbing in San Diego, I was banned from a school for shocking some sophomore girl by saying the word, 'orgasm'! Yesterday's event exhibited how low a totally unrestricted non-parenting situation has become. We all know how many blacks are born out of wedlock, and how many people grow up without a 1950's normal family. The shorthand that I've long applied to the hellhole that blacks have fallen into is, "Children having children." Well, guess what? When it comes to ALL kids, these days, what with the long-term 'infection' of ALL kid's noosphere, with yesterday as my witness, I have to say that ALL kids fit into that category. Today's adults are still CHILDREN, especially compared to my folks! I know, I shouldn't put ALL adults into the 'children' putting-down category. Still, given that the prevailingly dominant CW culture is so 'liberal' and 'porno-like' low, nowadays, even the best of parents cannot avoid how the VILLAGE screws up their kids. I got it---the VILLAGE is an immature and irresponsible CHILD!

Maybe one of the canaries in the noospheric mind is dying at Dartmouth. Such a 'trivial' school, what, a second tier Ivy League producer of America's future kings, 'er', leaders! Powerlineblog.com, of course, is where this story IS AT. Reading about the minutiae of electing graduates to the ruling body of that august institution sent me back to my days as someone on the end, and the fringe, of what started in Beserkley, in 1964. From the time that Mario Savio (sp?) and his gang were able to take to the streets and birth the Free Speech Movement, then, a rippling wave swept across America. Well, that was then and this is now. Blogging and all other non-MSM offered options by people of all 'flavors' is the same thing, NOW! In those days, the 'movement' of 'speech' was limited by the technology of the time. Read "The Bottomless Well". These days, the lightening speed of electrons almost makes 'movement' stationary, since it sho' don't take months for a ship to get a message from England to America. And, despite way too many Luddite-like attempts to fetter it, FREE SPEECH cannot be stopped. The way I figure it, what with all the toe dipping into consciousness by all those anti-American types, who ask---ASK!---whether Bush may have been right, etc, we have probably passed beyond the point of no return in the stages of 'growth' gone through in any death process. "We have a problem, Houston", is phasing into the next awakening skin shedding. Snake on! I predict the word "EUREKA!" is about to become as CW as "oxymoron" was when Reagan was president. Oh well, can't expect all the fools who were so wrong for so long to do other than follow the un-golden narcissistic rule---CYA! Hint: even the drunk killer Ted Kennedy won't take a drink from the IRA bottle. Another dead canary?

As a hyper track and field fan, once, after college, I went to a University of Oregon (my alma mater) verses USC meet, in LA. For almost forever, the Trojans were loaded with many speedy African Americans, and the white Ducks were better at the longer distances. The cut off race was the half-mile, with SC winning most events shorter than that and U of O winning the longer ones. I'll never forget the 880 that day. Fuggedabout the races, white or black or combination. Pay attention to the qualities exhibited by the members of them, however, including the crowd. One or two fast USC runners screamed out way ahead, much to the delight of the home crowd, most of whom seemed to be African Americans. By the half way point, and quite a bit of the last quarter mile, at least one of them had a comfortable lead. Then, he started to tie up, as he ran out of gas, as the 'plodding' white man from Eugene steadily gained on, and passed him, to win. Of course, partisan James was very delighted. Practically all my experience had been at home meets, so it was a doubly devilishly pleasure to witness the extreme highs of the SC crowd fall back into equally extreme lows, in tandem with their runner's fade out. Schadenfreude before I'd ever heard of the word! I must admit, though, that SC did win the track meet. I only bring this up, today, because when it comes to Social Security reform, it sure looks like Bush is from Oregon and the retarded liberals from USC in this race. There's the real truth about RACE. IT-ALL has zero to do with racial crap, like the worst of the bad, skin color. If we skim COLOR off the top of IT-ALL, when it comes to trying to get ANYTHING done, politically, which equates with changing people's minds, the RACE is always going on, and everyday a vote that counts could take place. Ergo polls. Consider the MSM as announcers-turned-dopers, as they try to illegally frame the debate and misreport on who's ahead at any given time. Here's a simple question---would you rather have the number of seats in Congress that the Democrats or Republicans do, when facing the President trying to bring radical, rascally, change? It won't surprise me in the least if Bush pulls his right wing team together, at least adequately, to appear to come from behind and 'smoke' the lefties on Social Security. And, here's maybe the schadenfreude other good news---the losers will not only lose the vote, but lose even more power, down the line. In short, think of Social Security reform as a small down payment on the reform of the huge 'Big House' that FDR, LBJ, and all their types have imprisoned us within. Another analogy---the massive counter rally in Beirut, yesterday, especially the praise for America and Bush by INDIVIDUAL people, could be a precursor for what will happen in the consciousness of enslaved Americans, when more and more shackles are removed. On the margin, my friend, on the margin, tiny cracks in the liberal dam are liable to quickly (ten years?) expand into gaping holes, and the whole noospheric CW mood, and reality, will change. It's almost too delicious to picture a future when open-minded people, who were fierce left-wing warriors, do a final mea culpa, and become Bush lovers---can't you just imagine a James Carville, say, changing sides? THEN I will be able to understand why such seemingly opposed people could ever have married. A final analogy---you could say that politics is like being married, to the mob, one person at a time, serially and at once. Thus, for a lot of participants, the 'wedlock' has been dominated by bitter fighting. You know what comes next! After a fight, after the tension reaches a certain point and must break, can come the greatest sex of all! Maybe, "Girl, we CAN get much higher!"
As spring springs up in the northern Earthly hemisphere, maybe its time to further clarify the past and become as conscious as possible about what kind of future is likely to come about in fair, not foul, play, given what choices spring from our mental loins, TODAY. Senator Jon Kyl published an article about the horrific outcome from a successful EMP bomb would bring about. If there could be any doubt about the enemies of the USA, in terms of their best 'wet' dreams, this one has to make them think they've already embraced myriad virgins, IF they could pull it off. When I think about the deluded fools on the left who hate America, either through ignorance or a suicidal death wish, can the word "unreasonable" have found a better place to apply? Do you think the hundreds of top BAD GUYS in countries they control wouldn't love to be able to snap their fingers and reduce America to an 1800's basket case? Trying to think of a witty title, the word 'imp' instantly tied with EMP. Check out this etymology! "Imp": [ME impe < OE impa < impian, to graft in, akin to OHG impfon < VL *imputare (< im-, in + putare, to prune), transl. of Gr emphyteyein, to engraft < emphyta, scion < em-, in + phyton, growth, see -PHYTE] The definitions are, themselves, most revelatory--- "1 orig., a) a shoot or graft b) a child, offspring 2 a devil's offspring; young demon 3 a mischievous child" There is so much here to use for mapping and permeating the past, our most impish history! First, never forget the necessarily inherent nature of a splitting reality---each zero-one instant is a changing FORK, we either take this path or the other one. Actually, this is even, itself, trickery in play, because it is not true that there is only ONE possible 'other' path opposing any ONE fork we did take. On the 'other' hand, maybe it is true, in this way--- ONCE any path is taken, wrt past-present-future split, it is instantly DEAD, so call it the ZERO part of the split, and only in retrospect, with respect, can we grasp the infinite 'other' paths as the 'other' ONE---thus do ZERO and ONE play. However, I want to get into some of the more enlightening aspects of the definition of the word, "IMP". Starting at the deepest level, we find PHYTE = growth, and I can't resist noting rhyme time, and wonder about how PHYTE = FIGHT = growth. Yes, before going into battle against his brothers, Krishna tells Arjuna, "Remember Me and FIGHT!" There are many ways to say this. My favorite is from "The Liberator" by Da Free John--- "Be Consciousness. Contemplate Consciousness. Transcend everything in Consciousness. This is the Epitome of the Way of Truth." Page 37 As Consciousness, then, a human being can choose, as an Awakened individual, which path to take, and so we can see how inevitable change can become GROWTH. I must also notice how an outgrowth of this enquiry brings DEATH = ZERO into the equation, showing how essential it is to PRUNE, even before you can GRAFT. Flying scions! The word, 'scion', fits in, perfectly, with my main theme---I'm still not there, yet---in that it brings to mind the estimable and reliable old drunken killer, Ted Kennedy. You'll see how brilliantly he fills out my story. Doubtlessly, the other word, GRAFT, had to have caught your attention, as it did mine, especially in the etymology---"to graft in". Wanna bet that the word GRIFTERS is a riff off this? Ah, I instantly see Paul Newman and Robert Redford in "The Sting". What about "EMP"? EMP = Electro-Magnetic-Pulse, so right away we have further confirmation, in a dastardly-for-human-survival way, of the nature of physical reality. IT-ALL is a fluctuation, a combination of energy = radiation AND mass, the latter being more 'lowly' devolved forms of radiation. Hence, if anyone did use an EMP, the ripple effect of the pulse would prove, yet again, how ultimately connected and at one IT ALL is---the electro-magnetic spectrum, and all that. My here-and-now point leeches back to American political history, about 100 years ago. With the 'playful' choice to PHYTE WW I, humanity actually set off a kind of EMP, which I take to be of a mental nature, that has devastated a lot of the Noosphere. I'm particularly mindful of all the choices made by the EMP IMPS around the stymie time of Wood-rowing Wilson. There was such a profusion of pruning and grafting going on, what with the graft of, 'er grasp of, power by anti-individualism, epitomized by the installation of an Income Tax, and further grifting, drifting, of today's topic du majeur, Social Security. Just imagine all the pulses which have tried to kill our freedom, ever since then! What can we make EMP stand for in these grafting and pruning political terms? Empowering Minority Politicians? Empty Mother Pluckers? Emptying (the) Majority's Pockets? Election Malfeasance Pulse? Ah, enough. The scientists tell us how interdependent our electronic "grid" is, which is why an actual EMP would be so devastating---read "The Bottomless Well". They say it would take at least months, and maybe years, to recover from an EMP. What can be done? The best defense continues to be a great offense, so I see even more reason to stop pussyfooting around with mad men, like the mullahs in Iran. When will the time of re-action change to pro-action? When will this PRUNING be done? Also, it is possible to harden essential electronics, as I recall. Talk about using a top down IMAGINATIVE look at vital organs, and protecting them! Why not extend the idea of using protective body amour for individual soldiers to our electronic 'grid'? Finally, leaping back to the political EMP that continues to blow up our individual freedoms, maybe what you're seeing today, via the Bush freedom revolution, both at home and abroad, is an example of at once hardening essential 'electronic' individual HUMANS (the best defense!), and taking on the present enablers of the political EMP, in order to disorder THEM (the best offense). In my mind, there is a plethora of home grown 'terrorists' manning way too many powerful political 'chairs'---Supreme Court, anyone?---who probably lead the list of those requiring removal and destruction.

What about DISAPPEARING TO APPEAR? Just as every in breath requires an out breath, in order for happy change to smash grievous change---see the Sudan---any new and better APPEARING world is in dire need of a heart-felt remembrance of the form of IT-ALL, for mankind. This ain't heaven-on-earth, but a Purgatory, at best, so let's go with the flow, follow the trend, and consciously feed as much political Ex-Lax to as many dastardly people as we can. The top cogs in the EVIL-MEAN-MACHINE are bloated pigs, with 'intestines' loaded with putrid killing crap---why do you think they act the way they do? Logic must prevail. This applies, with horrible pith, to the cranks running America's donkey party. For freedom to prevail, there is a supreme call, an URGE to PURGE! Allow me to coin a new word, a Noospheric 'sword'--- Humanity's situation is PURGENT! So many bad-odors! Castro, Rather, Chavez, the Iranian Mullahs, Red Chinese dictators, etc---fetid smells all, pungent enough to call for their demise. It's PURGENT! The URGE to PURGE is gassing us all to death, and we have no choice but to do it! So, if civilized humans want to change the APPEARING world---nay, if they want to SURVIVE!---for a long time into the future they have to focus their attention and actions on DISAPPEARING the rotten apples. Power is as power DOES. This war for survival isn't being fought with enough, or the right kind of, POWER. There are two fronts, at least. As a single human 'has' a body AND a mind, so does the whole set of them. It's for sure that the offensive to convert MINDS---and, thus, HEARTS---is an offense to thoughtfulness. There must be more effort with radio un-brainwashing, a la Radio Free Europe. I find it somewhat ironic that America, which might be defined as the world's best salesman, has failed to follow the URGE PURGE path. After all, what does it mean, to URGE, except to encourage or to try to SELL? And, look at ENCOURAGE---the very word overflows with HEART, since COUR = HEART! Yes, maybe the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, but in the GWOT, I'd say that a vital way to the hearts and minds of so many un-civilized 'humans' is through their noospheric 'intestines', which must either be PURGED of the excrement therein, or literally DISAPPEARED, that is destroyed into nothingness. So, URGE the PURGE can yield changed hearts and minds, or body-minds that have assumed room temperature. That's the stark choice. As you may have guessed, today I am experiencing an intestinal PURGE of my own---must be something I ate! Well, whatever the leaders of the bad guys ate, ideologically, they need to have the shits, with alacrity.
